Unknown users in regular reports
This article is intended for S/SDMs and TLs
When an agent stops working on a particular project, and you need to remove them from the team, please remove the user from the Phone Priorities list before you remove them from the team.
So the algorithm for removing someone from the team should be following:

Products → Phone Priorities → Cancel the priority;

Teams → Members → Remove.
This simple action will prevent the removed user from appearing randomly on the regular performance reports, messing up the statistics.
