Euphoric notification settings

To work with the QCRM system, one needs to be able to properly configure the internal and browser notifications.

Set the status of the Notification bar to Allow in the new window. You can use Search to find the needed bar.

  1. Internal notifications can be set up by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Notifications in the window that opens.
  3. The notifications can be set for each individual product separately. Use Search to look for the project name or its abbreviation.

An example of the internal notification. These notifications can only be seen in the QCRM tab. When working in other tabs/windows, the sound of a notification can still be heard.

These notifications contain brief information about the message, a sender’s name and the product’s abbreviation. A user can hide the notification or open the ticket chat.

An example of a browser notification. They are displayed on top of other windows. A user can open a ticket chat by clicking the notification. 

In order for such notifications to be displayed, you need to configure them accordingly, not only in the browser, but in the system itself.

Please note that if the system is configured for Focus Mode, Airplane Mode, Do Not Disturb Mode, or notifications are disabled in the system settings for the browser itself, browser notifications will not be received.
