Euphoric notification settings
To work with the QCRM system, one needs to be able to properly configure the internal and browser notifications.

Internal (site) notifications will only be received in the tab where QCRM is opened.

Browser notifications will display on top of any other tabs and app windows if your system notifications are enabled as well.

Browser notifications can be turned on and off by pressing a lock icon in the browser address bar.

To turn browser notification on and off, in the opened window, press the button to the right of Notifications.

If there are no notification settings on the list, try looking for it in the Site Settings section.

Set the status of the Notification bar to Allow in the new window. You can use Search to find the needed bar.

- Internal notifications can be set up by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Notifications in the window that opens.
- The notifications can be set for each individual product separately. Use Search to look for the project name or its abbreviation.

These notifications contain brief information about the message, a sender’s name and the product’s abbreviation. A user can hide the notification or open the ticket chat.

In order for such notifications to be displayed, you need to configure them accordingly, not only in the browser, but in the system itself.
Please note that if the system is configured for Focus Mode, Airplane Mode, Do Not Disturb Mode, or notifications are disabled in the system settings for the browser itself, browser notifications will not be received.

First off, bring your attention to the system tray located to the right from the taskbar. The rightmost button is the Notification Center.
Upon clicking on it, a window with quick control buttons will open. -
Manage notifications. These settings should be open if none of the following buttons resolve the issue.

Battery saver. If possible, always plug in your computer and avoid using the battery saving mode.

Airplane mode should be turned off.

Priority only mode should be turned off to receive all notifications.
Upon clicking Manage notifications, the following window will open:

Get notifications from apps and other senders should be turned on.

Allow notifications to play sounds should be turned on.

Allow Google Chrome (or any other browser you use) to send the notifications.
