My Teams

This section allows combining agents into groups, as well as assigning them to certain products and companies. A new Team is automatically created after a new Company is created. 

List of Teams

1. All current teams.
2. Disabled teams.
3. Add a new team.
4. Sort according to name, created/last modified date, general number of users and users who are online.
5. Ascending/descending sorting. 
6. The name of the team and company thumbnail. 
7. Abbreviation of the product the team is working with. Every team can work only with one product. 
8. General number of users. 
9. The number of users who are online. 
10. Edit the team. The team can also be edited by pressing the name of the team.

1.1. The name of the team.
1.2. The choice of the company the team is working with.

2. Members

2.1. Add an agent by their email address. This field can be also used for creating of a new user account in Euphoric.
2.2. The name and the picture of the agent’s profile.
3.3. Agent’s nickname. Click to quickly open the agent’s profile settings.
4.4. Access level/status. Learn more about access levels here.
4.5. Remove an agent from the team.

3. Status

Teams’ created and last modified dates. 

As usual, at the end of the list of settings, there are buttons to save and disable the team. A disabled team is added to the general list of disabled teams.
